Second visit at Casa Iguana. We spent 9 nights in a truly fantastic place. Great staff. Great breakfast. Leave your shoes at home. Leave your flip flops home as well. By far it is the best deal on Holbox.
This was our 2nd time on Holbox and staying at Casa Iguana. We like that it’s a smaller, quiet place, is eco- friendly and great location on the beach and just a 5-minute walk to the town center. The manager is amiable and has great recommendations if looking for ideas of places to eat, things to do, etc. They are also, which as animal lovers we really enjoy. We will definitely stay at Casa Iguana again next time.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is close, and the staff was terrific. We’ll take a el cielo and snorkel private excursion recommended by them. A short walk to town but very quiet at night. And the restaurant staff were very attentive, both for breakfast and drinks on the beach.

Big thanks to Daniella and Miguel for taking care of us and making our vacation extra enjoyable when a third party hotel booking service lost our reservation. We are so glad and fortunate we got to stay at Casa Iguana! I highly recommend this place to everyone! Can’t wait to go back!
My partner and I stayed there for three nights, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and clean, with a small porch with a hanging chair. Breakfast was excellent and generous. The location is perfect, 5min walk from the town center. The small restaurant in the hotel makes really great food!
Casa Iguana offers a great structure in Holbox. Their rooms are spacious, comfortable for good night sleep. There is no internet or tv in the places, so make sure you bring enough books for your stay. They also have a great restaurant in their facilities and offer beach chairs.
Casa Iguana organized private transport for us to go back to the airport at a very reasonable price. Kiko was there to meet us in Chiquila, it was very friendly very professional and played good music!
