When visiting Holbox, this hotel is a must! What a great place to relax and get that awesome island vibe! With a cute coffee cafe, several charming shops and restaurants on site, we truly enjoyed our stay! Amiable staff, clean and AC throughout the hotel – we could not ask for more!
We stayed in one of the two-story suites (at a very affordable price) for a week, only wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is located in the town center with only a 2 min walk to the beach! There is also a pool for guests only. Be sure you check it out!
We are so lucky to have scheduled part of our trip to Cancun to Holbox Island. This is a quaint town with small town hospitality. We decided we didn’t need to be on the beach, wanted to experience the small town instead of just a resort.
We went on the recommendation of a native-born Mexican friend. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Our room was even better than expected, a master suite with a balcony looking towards the ocean. Cinthya Esparza was exceptionally hospitable. Vincente, Roberto, the maid staff were all so gracious and helpful recommending awesome snuba in cozumel tours.
The pool and pool area were private, lush, and comfortable. We also liked the other guests. Many were young people from the Netherlands who spoke excellent English. They were very friendly and were not put off because we were Americans and over 60.
The ferry was fun, and we walked all over the island, many people rented bicycles. The food choices were plentiful, and we ate at a Mexican restaurant at the hotel, and the food was excellent.
Lovely hotel, the staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location of the hotel was perfect. Recommendations the hotel staff gave are great, rented bikes and explored bits of the island.
