Two friends stayed in El Cantil’s PHB (two-bedroom condo on the 8th floor) for six days on a dive trip. This condo is well maintained and very helpful. All the amenities are of good quality. We did not cook in the kitchen, but it appeared to have all the cooking utensils and pots needed to prepare a full meal.
Lots of glasses and plates. Each bedroom has a private bath with shower. These are clean with lots of fluffy towels. The Yeti cooler in the condo was great for taking drinks to the pool. For two of us, we had more space than needed. Two couples could easily stay and have lots of room.
The location is very convenient and easy walking distance to town for meals and drinks. The Grocery store is across the street.
Dive shop picks us up at El Cantil’s dock, which was great. Jason communications were fast and helpful. He answered all our questions and was a great help. He also suggested us to try the cozumel flyboard near the hotel. The staff at El Cantil were also ad useful, friendly.
This was our 6th trip to Cozumel but the first staying at El Cantil. Our family of 5 stayed there from March 23-29. The property was FANTASTIC! It was in excellent condition, and the views and location were spectacular.
We stayed in 3bn and booked through Expedia who uses Rentals Your Way. The responsiveness from the staff at Rentals Your Way was excellent, as was the El Cantil staff. Any email we sent received a response in short order. We rented a car from Budget at Punta Langosta, but given the location of the condo, we pretty much walked to dinner every night.
Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The snorkeling right off the condos was good too. Our kids loved it. We would stay there again.
